For 2026 we have extended the opening dates for Seasonal Pitches to almost eight months. They’re now available for use from 6th March until 1st November.

All pitches have a 10amp electrical hook-up, with a £7 per day charge for electricity. Seasonal charges include the erection of awnings, flooring/decking and winter storage.

2026 rates:

Standard Pitch: £2,000 p.a. with an additional £7 per day electric charge for each day the caravan is occupied.

Serviced Pitch: £2,240 p.a. with an additional £7 per day electric charge for each day the caravan is occupied.

Pitches that are occupied on or after 1st January 2026, by those not wishing to contract for the 2026 season, will be subject to a charge of £150 per calendar month (or part thereof). Any such pitch still occupied from 1st April 2026 will then be subject to the full season charges above. Should you not wish to renew your contract, please ensure that your pitch is vacated before 1st January 2026, to avoid these charges.

The annual usage fee is due as a single payment before 6th March 2026. The electricity premium will be charged separately, depending on usage.

Payments can be made by Bank transfer, Debit/Credit card, Cheque or Cash.

Pitches are for the use of seasonal pitch holders and their children only. They are not to be sub-let to family, friends or other third-parties.

Caravans must be kept in good condition and be less than 15 years old.
