2025 Season
Seasonal pitches are available for use from 27th March to 28th September 2025.

All seasonal pitches have a 10amp electrical hook-up, with a £7 per day charge for electricity. Seasonal charges include the erection of awnings, flooring/decking, and winter storage.
2025 Pricing and VAT
The 2025 rates, including VAT are:
Standard pitch - regular season: £1,890 p.a. In addition, the electric premium charge is £7 for each day the caravan is occupied.
Serviced pitch - regular season: £2,126 p.a. In addition, the electric premium charge is £7 for each day the caravan is occupied.
Please notify your arrival and departure times to us by email, so that the electricity premium can be calculated.
Pitches that are occupied on or after 1st January 2025, by those not wishing to contract for the 2025 season, will be subject to a charge of £150 per calendar month (or part thereof). Any such pitch still occupied from 27th March 2025 will then be subject to the full season charges above. Should you not wish to renew your contract, please ensure that your pitch is vacated before 1st January 2025, to avoid these charges.
2025 Payment
Payments can be made by Bank transfer, Debit/Credit card, Cheque or Cash.
The annual usage fee is due as a single payment before 27th March 2025. The electricity premium will be charged separately, depending on usage.

Conditions
Pitches are for the use of seasonal pitch holders and their children only. They are not to be sub-let to family, friends or other third-parties.
Caravans must be kept in good condition and be less than 15 years old.
